Empowering Parents

As an experienced Birth Doula, my goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor.

I believe that mothers have the birthright to labor and deliver in a space of trust, surrounded by those who encourage and empower them to draw strength from the body's natural rhythms and guidance.  As your doula I offer helpful resources, and measures of comfort during labor to provide a birth experience that is positive and empowering for both you and your partner, beginning with our first prenatal appointment until our final postpartum visit.
